Wade's Bio
I believe we all have defining moments in the course of our lives. One such defining moment happened for me on February 14th, 2023. It was on that date I decided to take control of my life and make a real commitment to creating a life "I didn't want to hide from". That choice, on that date, has brought me to this moment. The opportunity to present to you, the person reading this bio, what has been in the making since that date, but really since I was born, I believe. Prior to this moment in time, I like to say that my career "happened to me". What this is, what is happening now is a representation of my career "happening FOR me and BECAUSE of me". For the past 25 plus years I've worked in various leadership roles in the areas of manufacturing, construction and service. All of which have prepared me for taking this step in partnering with clients to assist them in creating a life that is "BECAUSE of and FOR them". This work is my passion and my calling and I can't wait to get started in a MasterMind with you as we co-create living "on-purpose".

PR Mission Statement
Our mission at Perpetual Refinement is to partner with clients to facilitate, teach, lead, motivate, and guide them into self-awareness, willingness, courage, commitment, and grit toward realizing a more meaningful and purposeful life of peace, happiness, and fulfillment by moving from intention to action through collaboration and community.
Our purpose is to help each other design lives that we are so excited about that we want to leap out of bed each day, excited for what lies ahead. We do this by taking an honest look at our lives, and if it's not a life that makes us say "hell yes" and we're not wildly enthusiastic about it, it's not good enough, and we're going to do something about it!
